1. About Shoonya
Shoonya ("we", "us", "the Service") is an AI-powered self-reflection and astrology companion. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms are an electronic record under the IT Act, 2000.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or 13+ with verifiable parental/guardian consent, to use Shoonya.
3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal
- Plans: Free (₹0), Basic (₹199/month or ₹1,999/year), Premium (₹399/month or ₹3,999/year). Inclusive of GST.
- Paid plans auto-renew via Razorpay.
- Cancel anytime from Profile → Plan. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We may revise prices with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Refund & cancellation
Full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. Email support@shoonyai.com from your registered address. Refunds processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to harm others.
- Upload content prohibited under Rule 3 of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Share another person's birth or personal details without their consent.
6. Your content & our content
You retain ownership of conversations, journal entries and birth data you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to provide the Service. The Shoonya brand, software, prompts, illustrations and AI-generated outputs we curate are owned by us.
7. AI-generated content
Readings, fortunes, horoscopes and chat replies are produced by large language models and Vedic calculation libraries. Treat them as guidance for personal reflection only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
